The city tax in 2023 is 500 (1,5 EUR) HUF per person for each night. The tourism tax can only be waived for those visitors who are eligible for it according to the relevant ordinances.
At the day of arrival between 17:00 and 21:00. If you need to check-in early, please notifiy us in advance.
On the day of departure before 10:00 am. Late checkout can incur additional fees.
Bathrobe rentals are available for 1000 HUF each.
SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENTS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED! The designated smoking area is the apartments terrace.

On the M5 highway leaving Budapest head towards Serbia and at the „Szeged Nyugat” exit leave the highway. At the next intersection turn right towards Baja and follow road 55. Mórahalom is 12 km-s from here. After entering the town turn right before reaching the roundabout into Szabadság street. You will find Oasis apartments at the next intersection. Reception is in the second building in József Attila street on the right hand side.
Arriving from Serbia on the M5 heading towards Budapest leave the highway at „Szeged Dél” exit and head towards Mórahalom following the road signs. Mórahalom is 10 km-s from here. After arriving in town from Röszke turn right at the roundabout then head left at the next intersection (Szabadság street). After crossing the next intersection you will have arrived at József Attila street. Reception is in the second building on the right hand side.
